This is a skill that only a few people have. I firmly
believe that most people are born leaders. Others make sure they learn the
skills to become good leaders. A leader is someone that can lead others and you
need to have the right personality. You must be committed and have the drive
and vision to make things happen. It’s someone that can set and achieve goals
while giving others direction.
Leaders can motivate and contribute to a project at the same
time.Completing tasks with integrity helping his/her team move together towards
the goal. All of us do have a few characteristics of leadership some are just
better in it than others.
My favourite leader of all time is Mr Nelson Mandela. He is
a true legend and one of the most respected leaders in the world.

Leaders are seen as people that can change the world and
work hard to make a difference. But it takes followers to help have a good
leader. A leader without followers is nothing.
